Challenge
The education startup had credible AI courses and products but a limited digital presence and budget. Its website made it hard for school decision-makers to understand the offer and take the next step, and disconnected marketing activities did not create a clear path from discovery to sales follow-up.
Patterns I Saw Behind Date
The audience frequently used Google to research solutions. That behaviour, combined with the website's trust and usability gaps, made organic search and the website experience a stronge long-term opportunity.
My Role
I proposed and led the website restructuring, then built the surrounding inbound system across audience strategy, positioning, information architecture, Webflow execution, SEO, content, conversion paths, Pipedrive categorization, and sales handoff.

From-scratch ownership
I developed messaging around priority audiences, their problems, relevant AI use cases, and the outcomes that mattered to them.
Applied across website, landing pages, articles, case studies and downloadable resources
I designed and built the website from the ground up in Figma and Webflow, reorganizing the information architecture and writing the copy so educators and school decision-makers could quickly understand the offer, assess credibility, and choose a next step.
From information architecture and Figma to copy, Webflow and conversion paths
I created a content engine spanning articles, case studies, and downloadable resources. Topics were chosen around how the audience researched problems.
monthly website users through organic growth
A mature customer audience had already completed substantial nurture without acting. Instead of adding more education, I segmented by behaviour and intent and introduced a clear, time-bound decision point.
Built a consistent inbound flow with clearer conversion paths and CRM handoff
Outcome
The work turned a low-visibility website into a connected inbound system:

⭐
The result was not one successful article. It was a repeatable acquisition engine connecting positioning, content, experience design, conversion, and CRM execution.
